On July 15 ten of us, including 2 new-comers, enjoyed the jaunt from the 700 year stadium to Huay Tung Tao and back. Although the leader got us off the planned track for part of the out-bound walk, we had no problem on the return trip. The weather held up well for us, most of the track was shady, some parts even overgrown, and the puddles were easy to skirt around. All expressed how much they enjoyed this easy hike and were surprised at the beauty of what seemed for a time to be a “ruined” area. How wonderful to see how nature recovers!
