14/10/19_Trip_Report_ Huai Hoi Waterfall Hike.

IMG_0001_resize After our drive to the starting point, 14 hikers set off for our Sunday hike amid excellent weather conditions with fresh and clear air. IMG_0003_resize We slowly walked uphill, passed some rice fields and had to climb over some bamboo fences which the local  people have been building to hold off  buffalos and other animals from foraging in the rice fields.

the hike was too easy can even take a nap

After some time we arrived at a water stream and we walked along the steam until we were getting to the Huai Hoi Waterfall.  The total hiking time to the waterfall was 11/2 hours and we lingered there for around an hour having our lunch, taking pictures and swimming. IMG_0009_resize IMG_0017_resize Afterwards we slowly were walking back to our morning starting point. Total time of the hike including the rest was 4 hours 10 minutes. IMG_0012_resize

  1. Hi I’d like to join your group but I don’t see any contact form on the site and some of the links appear to be broken. So I’m not sure how to get in touch exactly…Sorry. if you’re still active can you please get back to me ? Thanks!

    • Hi Matt, you don’t need to get in touch with any body if you want to join the hike you just turn up at the meeting point on the day we have the hike, so you just look at the website where we will meet and what time,
and we have hike every sunday.

  2. We did this hike today, after yesterday’s heavy rains. The river up to the waterfall was high. A lot more water was flowing over the falls. The sound behind the waterfall was incredible!!! Paths were fine.
